The Paperless Direct Debit service allows you to collect a customer’s bank details without requiring a signed paper mandate form. Details can be collected securely over the phone, face-to-face, or online and then entered directly into the London & Zurich system.
Although a signed mandate is not required under this service, we recommend obtaining one where possible. A signed mandate provides additional protection and can help safeguard against indemnity claims.
