What is a Confirmation Letter and What does it Include?

A confirmation is sent to your customer within six working days when you add a customer in to the L&Z portal.  

This would be sent to your customer via email or if an email address is not included then by post. 

Note – Sending by post is a chargeable service. Conformation letters are compliance approved and details on the letter cant be changed. 

Included in the confirmation will show your customer details as follows: 

Name  

Address 

Bank Account Name 

Bank Account Number (First four digits only) 

Bank Sort Code 

Included in the confirmation will show your customer details as follows: 

Service User Number 

Service User Name (This will display on your customers Bank Statement) 

Reference (This would be your customer reference) 

You company contact Details (Telephone number & Email Both Required) 

The Direct Debit Guarantee will also display at the bottom of the email.
