A Collection Schedule lists all scheduled collection dates for an individual customer.
**How to view a Collection Schedule in the L&Z Portal:**
1. Log in to the portal.
2. Click Direct Debits on the top menu.
3. Select Customers > List Customers.
4. Search for and select the required customer.
5. Click on the Collection Schedules tab.
6. Use the Status dropdown menu to filter by Active, Inactive, Cancelled, or Completed schedules.
