What is a Collection Schedule?

This article will explain what is a collection schedule and how to view collection schedules that are set within L&Z portal.

A collection schedule will show all dates of collection that have been set for an individual customer. You will be able to filter what of type of collection schedule you would like to view by clicking on the status box. Please see screenshots below 

  • After logging into L&Z portal please click on ‘Direct Debits’ menu from top of the screen.

  • Select ‘Customers’ from left hand side and click on ‘List Customers’

  • Search for the required customer and click on the customer. 
  • Click on the ‘Collection Schedules’ tab. 
  • Select the ‘Status’ drop-down menu to select active, inactive, cancelled, completed etc.
