When a collection is unprocessed this means that the customers account is currently suspended, but the collection that is scheduled is currently still activated. But this will mean the collection has not taken place.
The collection itself will not take place but this will mean for example: If you have a collection schedule set up to take 12 payments and then the customers account is suspended after the 6th collection, the 7th collection would be unprocessed.
If after the 7th collection the customers account is then unsuspended, the collection will resume on the planned date, this would take the 8th scheduled collection.
If you require to catch up with the missed payment and you have agreed this with your customer, we recommend doing a one-off collection.
