This article explains how you can contact L&Z for support.
There are three ways in which you can contact London & Zurich (L&Z) for support. These are as follows:
- Use the ‘Contact Us’ via the L&Z Direct Debit portal.
- L&Z BOT via the L&Z Direct Debit portal. (Recommended for faster responses)
- By email and phone.
- Use the ‘Contact Us’ via the L&Z Direct Debit portal
From the home page of the portal click on the icon ‘contact us’ located on top right of the page. Here you can send an email directly to L&Z regarding any issues you may have. As soon as the relevant department receives your enquiry, they will contact you to assist/resolve.
- L&Z BOT via the L&Z Direct Debit portal (Recommended for faster responses)
From the home page of the Direct Debit portal you will notice a BOT pop up message appear from bottom right corner of the page. This will display the following “Got any questions? I’m happy to help. There is also a message icon beneath this, and you can click on this which will produce a help window where you can enter a message / question on what you need assistance with. This will then provide you with a list of information which may help answer your question. See below screen shots.
- By Email and phone
You can email to customer.services@landz.co.uk with your question/issue and a support ticket will be created. It will be helpful to us if you can provide screen shots and examples where possible to help with our investigation to provide a quick and efficient response to your query.
