- When you have logged in to the portal click on to Direct Debits at the top of the screen.
- Then on the left hand Menu click on to Reports, then in the sub menu click on to Payments.
- This will then bring up the Payments report, this will show your recent reports for the month and you can change the date at the top of the screen to search for when the payment was made to you.
- When the list of reports appears click on to the Report Header to bring up the break down of the report.
- Within the breakdown of the report, you will then be able to download this in a CSV, Excel or PDF format.
