How can I view what files that have been uploaded into the portal?

Within the L&Z portal you can view and cancel any future dated files to prevent them from submitting.

 

  • In order to view the file upload history, you will need to log into the L&Z portal and then click on to Direct Debits at the top of the screen.

  • On the left hand Menu click on to Collections and then click on to Collection Upload History.   


  • You will now be in the Collection upload history screen, you will be able to adjust the dates to view previous uploads and by clicking on to Search. You are also able to click on to the file name that was upload and this will show you what has been uploaded as the collection. Note – If the Cancel Button is available, you will be able to select this to cancel the collection file.

  • If you were to click on the filename, this will bring up the details of the file showing you the uploaded information. Please be advised that only the first 10 entries will be visible, if you wish to view more, we recommend in amending this to a higher number.



    If the file upload has been cancelled the collection information will remain in the customer details but this collection will not take place.
