This article explains how you can view and download all future collections that are scheduled for your group.
- When you have logged in to the portal click on to Direct Debits at the top of the screen.
- Then on the left hand Menu click on to Reports, and in the sub menu click on to Collections Schedule.
- When the page opens this will bring up all the collections schedules that are set within the defaulted month within the Search, this will show all the collections that are scheduled during this time frame. If you wish you can amend this search by changing the from and to date and then clicking Search.
Note – You can select the Select All option, this will bring up all schedules that have been set up. It may take some time for this to load.
- You will now be able to view all the schedules set within the time frame selected including Cancelled Schedules. You can if you wish to download this report as a CSV, Excel or PDF.
- If you wish to filter out the cancelled schedules click on the Status dropdown and select Active.
- In this report it will show the following:
- whether your customers collection schedules are active, inactive, completed or cancelled
- the type of collection schedule set up ie. One-off, continuous
- date and amount of the first payment
- how many payments have been received so far
- payment frequency
- the regular payment date and amount
- date next payment is due
- date the collection schedule was created
- the account end date
- date the advance notice was sent.
- external reference which is an optional field.
- You can sort the columns by clicking on the small up/down arrows to the left of the column headers:
- To see which schedules are due to end soon, ensure the status is set to active, then sort the Last Payment Date column into most recent at the top.
