What is a collections report and what information does it give?

The collections report will show a list of customer payments that have failed, have been successful, unprocessed and any indemnity claims during a selected date range. The collections report will also provide information regarding collection dates, frequency of collections, amount and the date the schedule has been set up.

The collection report also provides a sum of collected, failed, indemnity claims and unprocessed amounts for the date range you have selected.

To view your the collections report for your group please follow steps mentioned below;

  • When you have logged in to the portal click on to Direct Debits at the top of the screen.

  • Then on the left-hand Menu click on to Reports, then in the sub menu click on to Collections. 

  • This will then bring up the Collections report page, you will then be able to select a specific a date range, once selected click on Search

  • This will now bring up the report in the date range requested. This will show the first 10 entries of the report, but you can adjust this to allow you to view up to 100 Entries by clicking on the Show drop down on the top left.   You can change the Collection Status from the default of All to Successful, Collected, Due, Failed, Unprocessed or Indemnity.  You can also use the Search field to look for a specific teem or account:  

  • You can sort the columns by clicking on the small up/down arrows to the left of the column headers:  

  • You can also download the full Collections report as either a CSV, Excel or in a PDF view.
