- Once you have logged into the L&Z portal please go to 'Direct Debits' at the top of the screen:
- In the left hand menu click Customers, then List customers:
- In the Filter Search Data field type the customer’s name/company name
- The system will filter out anything without this information leaving only accounts with this name. Click on the Customer ref in the left-hand column to enter the account:
- Once you have selected the customer account you want to add the schedule in please
click on 'Collection Schedules' tab:
- If there is more than one collection schedule on the account please locate the collection schedule you would like to cancel and click 'Cancel'

You will see that the system will open a new tab. Please input reason for cancellation and click 'yes'. Please note if this field is left blank the cancellation will not take effect.

You will then see that the 'status' for the schedule will show as 'Cancel'.
- If you are cancelling a schedule after a collection is processed than you will see following message;
Please note -
You can only cancel a collection schedule 3 working days before the collection is due. If you need to cancel a collection a day before or on the date of the collection your only recourse is to contact your customer and ask them to stop the payment at their bank. This is because L&Z have already submitted the file for collection.
