Collection Exceeds Payment Limit Error

I have received an error ‘Collection Exceeds Payment Limit’ How do I increase the collection limit?

If you have received an error like the following:

Your London and Zurich account will be set with a lower collection limit than the collection you are trying to add on London and Zurich portal.

Collection limits are put in place by our Risk team based on the history and forecast of your transactions. Our Risk team review transaction limits time to time for all our clients.

If you would like to increase the collection limit for your L&Z account so you can add a transaction of an increased value, please contact the customer service team via email at customer.services@landz.co.uk.

For our Risk team to consider a limit increase, please provide evidence of the collection amount, this could be in the form of an invoice or a contract or written confirmation from your customer.

Customer Services team will then submit all documentation to our risk team and keep you updated. Risk team can decide to increase the collection limit of your account temporarily or permanently.
