L&Z will process up to two collection files in each accounting month which will not attract any additional cost. However, the submission of any additional files in each accounting month will mean an additional charge of £5.00.
For example, if you collect on the 1st and the 15th in a month this would be free, but if you decide to collect on the 3rd day in the same month this would incur a £5.00 charge.
Please note - you can choose and change the dates as per your business needs. You will only be charged if you exceed for than 2 collection dates in a month.
