Yes, the L&Z portal will allow you to add more than one collection schedule, and this is achieved by uploading a collection schedule file into the portal. The below section will now describe how to do this.
- From the home screen select the Direct Debits menu option.
- Then on the left-hand menu click on ‘Collections’ and then select ‘Upload Collections’.
- Use the ‘Download File Format’ button which will download an Excel file providing the required format, or alternatively the format is outlined below. On the Excel file template, you will be required to populate the file according to the file headings and save as a CSV file format. Below example illustrates how this is achieved.

- Once you have populated the data and saved the file as CSV then go back to the ‘Upload Collection Schedules’ screen, then select the ‘Choose File’ button.
- Browse the file and select file and click Open. This will show the file has been selected.
- Now select the ‘Upload Schedules’ button and this will then prompt a window showing the schedule you have uploaded with Success as ‘true’, which means it has uploaded correctly. Finally click on the cross located on top right corner to close the window.
