When am I able to process a refund?

You can request a refund from Day 3 after the payment has been collected from your customer. 

For example: 

  • If the collection was taken on Monday, you will be able to request the refund from Thursday onwards. 

This waiting period ensures that the original payment has fully cleared through the Bacs system and has not been returned.
