Will I be charged for retries?

Retries will incur the standard collection fee.

Depending on your agreement, additional charges may also apply, including:

• Advance notice fees

• Additional file fees

If you retry a collection outside your usual collection day or days, an additional file fee may apply for each extra collection day used.
