A Bulk Change Deed is a mandatory document used when transferring Direct Debit mandates between two Facility Management (FM) suppliers. It ensures both parties agree to the transfer and sets out responsibility for future indemnities.
How It Works
Your new provider will supply the Bulk Change Deed. You will then pass it to your existing provider for completion.
The form is completed as follows:
Your existing provider completes:
-
Section 1.1
-
The first part of section 3.3 (To be completed by the Current Service User)
Your new provider completes:
-
Section 1.2
-
The second part of section 3.3 (To be completed by the New Service User)
Why It’s Important
A Bulk Change Deed must be fully completed before any migration can take place.
It ensures that future indemnity claims are handled correctly and protects all parties involved in the transfer process.
