What emails will be issued to my customers?

When a Direct Debit is set up or managed through London & Zurich, customers may receive:

 **Confirmation Email** – Confirms that a Direct Debit has been set up by L&Z on your behalf.

 **Advance Notice Email** – Confirms the amount, date, and frequency of payments. It also includes your office number and email address for customer queries.
