To view or manage uploaded files:
1. Log in to the portal.
2. Click Direct Debits > Collections > Collection Upload History.
3. Adjust the date range and click Search.
4. Select a file name to view details.
- If a Cancel button is available, you can cancel future-dated uploads.
5. Export details in CSV, Excel, or PDF format.
Alternative route: Direct Debits > Collections > Upload Collection Schedules > View Upload History. Use drop down menu entitled ‘Select File Name to load existing data' which will allow you to select the required file and view content of the file.
