The Collection Schedule Report shows all scheduled future collections for your group.
**Steps:**
1. Log in to the portal.
2. Click Direct Debits > Reports > Collections Schedule.
3. Select a date range and click Search.
Alternatively, you can select the Select All option, this will bring up all schedules that have been set up. It may take some time for this to load. If you only wish to view Active schedules, please set the date to a future date. For example, if you have monthly collections set, please set the date to the end of the next month to display the active schedule.
4. Use filters to view Active, Cancelled, or Completed schedules.
5. Export results as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
**The report includes:**
- Schedule status (Active, Inactive, Completed, Cancelled)
- Collection type (One-off, Continuous)
- First payment date and amount
- Frequency and next payment due date
- Number of payments received
- End date and advance notice date
- Optional external reference
Please note, you can sort the columns by clicking on the small up/down arrows to the left of the column headers:
To see which schedules are due to end soon, ensure the status is set to active, then sort the Last Payment Date column into most recent at the top.
