How do I reset my L&Z portal password

If you would like to reset your password to log into L&Z Portal please follow the steps mentioned in this article.

  • Please click on the following link to access the log in page;

London and Zurich Portal

 

  • Once on the log in page you can reset your password by using the Reset Password button on the log in screen:

         

  • When you click on the Reset Password you will be asked to enter your Client ID and Username then click on to Get Reset Link:

  • If your email address is populated into the L&Z portal against your email address an email will be sent you that looks like the following:

  • Once you click on to the Reset Password button highlighted above, you will be taken to the Password change screen, where you will need to enter your client ID, Username and New Password, once happy you can Confirm Save the new Password.

    Please note – The link to reset password is only valid for one hour. If the link is expired please follow the steps again mentioned above.


  • If you do not receive the email or your email is not populated to allow you to receive the email your supervisor user of the L&Z portal is able to reset your password by logging in to the portal and following the below steps.

  • If you click on to Change Password on the left hand menu.

  • You will be able to update your password by entering your Current Password, a New Password and confirming the New Password and then clicking Update.

  • Once updated you will now be able to use the new password when logging in.

    Please note if you have elevated permissions, you will also be able to reset the password for other users within this section.
