How do I know which payout is affected by a refund?

You can identify the settlement affected by a refund in two ways: through your standard Settlement Confirmation email and within the system reports.

To locate the settlement in the system:

  1. Log in to the portal.
  2. Click Direct Debits at the top of the screen.
  3. From the left-hand menu, select Reports > Refund
  4. Enter the date range when the refund was requested and select Search.
  5. Find the refund request in the results list.
  6. The affected settlement will be displayed under:
    • Settlement ID
    • Settlement Date


  7. If you need more details on your settlements/payouts:

      1. Go to Reports > Payments.
      2. Use the Settlement ID and Settlement Date to locate the full settlement record.
      3. Open the settlement to view all associated transactions.
