How can I identify which collections can be retried?
- Go to Direct Debits at the top of the screen.

- In the left hand-menu, select Reports > Failed Collections.

- Search using the relevant date range.

- Review the Retry column:
• Collections with a checkbox are eligible for retry.
• Collections without a checkbox are not eligible for retry.
