How can I identify which collections can be retried?

  • Go to Direct Debits at the top of the screen.
  • In the left hand-menu, select Reports > Failed Collections.
  • Search using the relevant date range.
  • Review the Retry column:

• Collections with a checkbox are eligible for retry.

• Collections without a checkbox are not eligible for retry.
