How can I get a link so potential customers/payers can sign up to pay via Direct Debit? This is also called Online Sign Up (OSU)

If you would like your customers to sign up to Direct Debit, then please use the following link below and complete an online form to sign up.

Once you have opened the Online Sign Up page you will be presented with an Online Sign up form demonstration video. Click on the video which will give you a tutorial of what your customers would see when completing an Online Sign Up for Direct Debit and how the details automatically feed into the London and Zurich portal. Once you are happy how this works and you want to proceed to sign up there is a button just below the video tutorial entitled: “Sign up for the OSU form – click here” as shown in screen shot below. Click on this and this will take you to a new page where you complete and sign a form electronically and information will be submitted to London & Zurich and will be picked up to be set up.

Please note: it can take between 2-3 weeks for the OSU form to be set up as your information needs to be processed by our bank.
