How can I activate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

 

To activate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on your London & Zurich account, please email customer.services@landz.co.uk. Our team will enable MFA for your user profile.


Before You Begin

Ensure the authentication app you plan to use (e.g., Authy, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator) supports QR code scanning.


How MFA Setup Works

If MFA is not enabled or you are not aware if MFA is enabled please email our Customer Services team at customer.services@landz.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

Once MFA has been enabled on your account:

  1. Log in to the portal.

  2. You will be prompted to scan a QR code using your authentication app.


    Important: Do not scan any QR code displayed above this instruction. 
  3. After scanning, the app will display an entry called London and Zurich: Portal.

  4. Enter the code shown in your authentication app and click Go to complete login.

  5. You will then be logged into the portal. 

Future Logins

For future logins, you will simply enter the code generated by your authentication app.

Resetting MFA

If you require your MFA to be reset, please contact customer.services@landz.co.uk, and we will assist you.
