Can I cancel a collection file once it has been uploaded?

 

You can cancel a collection file up to 3 working days before the collection date. After this, the file has been sent to Bacs and cannot be cancelled.

- Continuous collection schedules cannot be cancelled in bulk; they must be cancelled individually.

If you would like to cancel collection schedules for bulk of your customers please contact customer.services@landz.co.uk

**To cancel a full one-off collections file:**
1. Log in to the portal.
2. Click Direct Debits > Collections > Collection Upload History.
3. Adjust the date range and click Search.
4. Locate the file and click Cancel File.
5. Confirm by clicking Yes.

The status will update to "Cancelled," confirming all collections from that file are cancelled.
